We offer a free collection service from you to prevent any costs being incurred. ![]() They advised you incorrectly that you could return the goods to our address. When we re-opened 14th April we replied to resolve this query for you, by that point you had independently contacted Amazon directly to arrange the return. As a company we were closed from Good Friday and Easter Monday as these were bank holidays. All messages were exchanged around the Easter weekend. ![]() We have been and looked back through all correspondence exchanged with you via Amazon. We are sorry that the item arrived damaged to you. Some places were selling the DYMO 4XL at over 3 times the normal price! Caboodle never did this, so hats off to them for not trying to rip off their customers! I'm guessing Caboodle were struggling to get hold of stock due to a shortage caused by Dymo slowing manufacturing and all the big retailers, with better purchasing power getting priority, the same ones who I might add also increased their prices massively, due to so many many people taking to selling online during the CV19 lockdown and taking advantage of those buyers who ended up having to to pay more. I say eventually as it did take over a month to receive my item (order date July 20th - Delivery August 28th), but as I'd ordered at a good price, I was prepared to wait it out and wait it out I did. But after checking the dates of the reviews, I took a chance due to a lot of them appearing to be from during the height of the CV19 lockdown when the world literally stopped dead for most people and realising some people are very impatient and want everything yesterday! So ordering from Caboodle worked out well for me personally.eventually.
